[TC] Discount Generator

Discount Generator is a core add-on that adds a new type of threads and forums — "Discount Generator". The add-on includes a basic discount generator, and additional ones can be added as separate add-ons:

Options for all generators:

• Minimum and maximum discounts
• The number of users who can get a discount
• Date until which users can receive a discount (optional)

Generators can add additional options.

Permissions:

• View the list of discounts (for any threads)
• Get a discount
• Use basic discount generator
